The night before your clean, we will send you a sms text message as well as an email letting you know we will be with you the following day. This allows you to arrange to leave any gates unbolted etc. Our team will then come the following day and perform your clean. On. your clean don’t forget we will clean all your doors, windows, window frames and sills as standard – every single time. As soon as our team are finished, we will let you know via email and text that we are finished for your own peace of mind. Payments are very simple also, the most effective method of this is using our direct debit scheme. This only charges you when a clean is complete and is not a recurring payment. This means that if your clean would normally be tomorrow, and for whatever reason – IE it is snowing – and we can’t get to you, no payment is taken at all. Alternatively, payments can be made online through our unique customer portal with a normal bank debit or credit card. Upon completion, in the text and email letting you know we are finished, this will contain a link to our payment page.
