Due to the ongoing UK Coronavirus outbreak, here at 20/20 Window Cleaning Teesside, we have took steps to protect our team and also our loyal customers safety. Following clarification, we are allowed to continue our window cleaning service, adhering to social distancing guidelines. We did initially temporarily suspend our service whilst procedures and clarification was found. Safety is, has and always will be our number one priority.
What we ask our customers to do:
- Where possible, please pay online using a normal bank debit or credit card. A link is at the top of this page saying ‘Pay Online‘, follow the link which is automatically emailed to you following your clean as well as in your text message. Alternatively, please click here.
- The best, way would be to sign up for payment via direct debit. This will only debit your account when your clean takes place. This is not an automatic payment, and if no clean is performed, our system will not ask your bank for payment.
- Please adhere to Government social distancing guidelines and allow our team the space they need to perform their work.
- We regret, to inform you that no internal work can be undertaken at present.
- If payment by cash is the only option, please notify our team that is the intention, and liaise with them to safely gain access the money. Again, adhering to social distancing guidelines.
We have put several measures in place to help customers through this time. If you require a 3 month temporary suspension of service, simply let us know, and we will skip your next 3 cleans. This must be done, as always, in advance of your clean – before 8am on the day, not on the doorstep as we could of given that time to another customer. This scenario helps our business protect the jobs of our team, as well as helping our customers not loose their reliable window cleaner which we have built a relationship up with. Furthermore, we have also introduced a new telephone system to answer your calls quicker and easier throughout this time, to help maintain our high levels of customer service. Remember, everything from updating your contact details, referring a friend, making payments, signing up to direct debit payments, letting us know about any issues – can all be done 24/7 via our customer portal.
Please remember, that most of our customers will usually have been out or at work when we call. We will leave your windows wet, we always have – they will dry clear. But if you are usually out when we come, and this is the first time you’ve seen our technique – don’t worry, we’re doing nothing differently.
